Swiss Competence Centre for Scientific Integrity
The Swiss Competence Centre for Scientific Integrity (SCCSI) serves as a national reporting, advisory and monitoring body on matters relating to scientific integrity. As the basis for fulfilling its tasks, it uses the Code of Conduct for Scientific Integrity published in 2021 by the Swiss Academies of Arts and Sciences, in collaboration with the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), Innosuisse and swissuniversities. The Centre records the reported proceedings and supports higher education institutions and other higher education institutions with questions and proceedings concerning elating to violations of scientific integrity and scientific misconduct. The SCCSI promotes widespread general understanding of what constitutes good scientific practice and support higher education institutions and other institutions in the higher education sector in establishing a culture of good scientific practice. It may also offer training courses.
